Submission Instructions

1. Before submitting your work to OxyScholar, please review the following documentation:
   • Guidelines for Preparing student work for submission to OxyScholar (PDF)
   • Creative Commons Licenses
   • Directions for submitting student work to OxyScholar (PDF)
2. Fill out the appropriate permission agreement, and submit a scan of it via email to .
3. Click Submit Research, and select Student or Faculty Scholarship under your department. Upload your work according to the directions.
4. Once uploaded, and your permission agreement is received, an OxyScholar administrator will publish your work.
