Abstract
(work continued from Fall 2001) The results of the enzymatic assays show the presence of citrate synthase in both 109JKAIRF and the complemented E. coli mutant. This result reaffirms my earlier phenotypic results of the positive complementation by minimal media selection. It also showed that the host enzymatic specific activity is significantly larger in the complemented E coli. mutant.
