Data Analysis and Simulation in the DRIFT Dark Matter Experiment
MetadataShow full item record
The DRIFT-II Dark Matter Experiment relies on careful and robust analysis of data in order to extract a very faint signal from a large amount of noise. We have greatly improved the analysis of the Fe-55 calibration data, and have greatly improved and streamlined the neutron and WIMP simulation workflow. These improvements keep DRIFT at the forefront in direct dark matter detection experiments.
