    Abstract
This talk will summarize the methods of testing and quality control that DRIFT IIe dark matter detectors underwent through the construction process. It will focus on the first series of steps to construct a detector; placing thousands of 50 'm diameter and 20 'm diameter wire 1 mm apart with minimal margin of error. I will discuss the physics behind why we require a spacing accuracy of less than a few percent. Additionally, I will explain how we measure the spacing between successive wires and calculate the margin of error, giving results from detectors constructed this summer and discussing these results.
