    Abstract
Tracks of a vagile, epipsammitic trilobite are reported from the Deadwood Formation (Upper Cambrian) of the Black Hills. A new genus, with Ixalichnus enodius as the type species, has been established for these tracks. The tracks suggest that /. enodius usually swam rather than crawled. This is the first report of tracks of trilobites from the Deadwood Formation. The tracks are associated with a Cruziana facies.
