    Abstract
My presentation will be an overview of the ArroyoFest: Freeway Walk and Bike Ride. ArroyoFest is a walk and bike ride on the Historic Arroyo Seco Parkway or Pasadena Freeway. The event will take place on a Sunday morning in 2003. The purpose of the walk and bike ride is to bring the communities of Arroyo Seco and Southern California together in order to improve the area's the quality of life. My research concerns the community networking, necessary organization and structure, and complexities of producing a large community event.
