    Abstract
My project consisted of finding the uses for the Lower Arroyo Seco Park, located in Pasadena, CA. I did background research as to other surveys conducted in National Parks, particularly heavily used ones such as Central Park, NY. After researching I then created my own survey, had it approved by the Arroyo Seco Collaborative, and conducted the survey for 2 weeks. I went to the Arroyo on specific times throughout the week, made certain I did not give the survey out to the same people, and made conclusions to my findings. It is certain that the Lower Arroyo Seco Park is used primarily for dog walkers and joggers, as well as the people who use it live close by, within 20 minutes. Also, there is a large population of regular users, coming more than once a week, about 150 people that were present continuously when I gave my surveys. The total number of users, though, is only a fraction of the amount in comparison to the Rose Bowl. Funding provided by: Urban and Environmental Policy Institute
