    Abstract
Records of 20 species of bats from the Mexican State of Qneretaro are herein reported. Seven species (Anoura geoffroyi, Choeroncyteris mexicana, Sturnira litdovici, Desmodus rotundas, Myotis yumanensis, Pipistrellus hesperus, and Euderma maculatum) are recorded from Qneretaro for the first time. The range of the spotted bat, Euderma maculatum, is extended 575 air miles to the southeast from Navarro, Durango. Pertinent information regarding natural history of certain species is given.
