Abstract
Two new species of polychaetes belonging to the families Phyllo- docidae and Nereidae are described from the Tetraclita zone of Bahia Cholla, Puerto Penasco, Sonora, Mexico. The ranges of Syllis elongata (Johnson, 1901), Typosyllisfasciata (Malmgren, 1867) and Perinereis monterea (Chamberlin, 1918) are extended into the Gulf of California.
