Notes on Three European Land Mollusks Introduced to California
Cecilioides acicula (Müller 1774) is newly recorded as an introduction in California. Pimctum conspectum (Bland 1865) is a synonym of Punctum (Toltecia) pusillum (Lowe 1831); widely distributed in western North America, it may be both native and introduced. Previous records in California of Arion circumscriptus Johnston. 1828, are shown to pertain to Arion (Carinarion) silvaticus Lohmander, 1937; the latest documented finding of the species in the state is 1949.
